Shopping
You can shop till you drop in Innsbruck.
The famous Maria-Theresien-Strasse in the
heart of Innsbruck is especially well known
for its variety of boutiques and shops.
One of the two large shopping centres in
Innsbruck has been renovated recently:
Whether you are planning on an intense shopping
excursion or just want to enjoy a good cup
of coffee in one of the shopping centre
bars, the Sillpark shopping centre leaves
no wish unfulfilled.
The second shopping centre, DEZ, is on
the outskirts of the city. Not only is it
near Ikea, Media Markt and Obi (DIY), it
also provides free parking.
The CYTA in Völs (approx. 15 minutes
by car from the centre of Innsbruck) is
another large shopping centre.
